Telangana CM Criticizes Previous Government for Delays in Job Recruitment
Hyderabad, Oct 7 (Patriotic views desk) Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy criticized the former government, led by ex-CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), for delaying job recruitment processes and leaving many positions unfilled for years. CM Reddy’s remarks came as he distributed appointment letters to 1,635 newly selected candidates for government jobs at a ceremony held at Shilpakalavedika, Madhapur, on Sunday.
Appointment Letters for Government Jobs
At the event, appointment letters were handed out for roles such as Assistant Executive Engineers, Agriculture Officers, Physical Education Teachers, Librarians, and Veterinary Assistant Surgeons. CM Reddy congratulated the new recruits and encouraged them to actively participate in the development of Telangana.
CM’s Criticism of Previous Government
CM Reddy highlighted how the previous administration failed to deliver on job notifications, leaving many youth frustrated. “The former government issued job notifications but kept people waiting for years. It wasn’t until we promised jobs during our campaign that the people of Telangana voted for us,” he said.
Reddy emphasized that the Congress government, within 90 days of taking office, had provided 30,000 job appointments. On the eve of Dussehra, an additional 1,635 appointment letters were issued, marking a special occasion for the state. He further announced that 11,063 more teachers would receive their appointment letters on October 9.
Future Development Projects
The Chief Minister also spoke about the importance of engineers in shaping the state’s future. He referenced several upcoming infrastructure projects, including the 360 km Regional Ring Road, radial roads, the Future City project, Pharma City, and the Musi River Development Project. “These projects will be executed by your hands and will set an example for the nation,” he told the new recruits.
Commitment to Telangana’s Progress
CM Reddy reaffirmed his government’s dedication to creating more job opportunities and speeding up development projects. He also promised housing solutions for residents living in the Musi River catchment area.
“You are not just taking on a job; you’re becoming part of Telangana’s progress. Be committed and responsible in your roles to keep the public’s trust,” Reddy advised the newly appointed candidates.
He concluded by extending Bathukamma and Dussehra greetings to the people of Telangana and expressed confidence in the abilities of the new recruits to bring positive change.
